Zoya Tamsen

For today, I have Zoya Tamsen, from the Summertime Collection.

Tamsen is a bold and warm red creme with orange undertones.

Sunlight, no flash.

Natural light, no flash.

Sunlight, no flash.

I was stupid to buy Tamsen, even though it's not an ugly color. On the contrary, it's quite sunny and fun and positively screams summer. Looking at it, I'm reminded of a perfect tomato, freshly picked from a garden. But I was still dumb to buy it when there were way more unique colors available. This one is just so...plain. Even Sooki would be better than this. Oh Zoya...you disappoint me.

But Tamsen's saving grace is it's formula. It was just like Breezi's...smooth and silky and easy to apply. Dry time was also excellent, although I had wear issues with Tamsen. After just one day of doing nothing, I had tip wear. -__-

I actually really love Tamsen more than I thought I would. I know it's probably not the most exciting of colors of the new collections. :P Looks nice on you!

I would expect that though...reds always look divine on you, and Tamsen was no exception.

On me, they just look boringface. ;__;

I see what you mean about the colour - I do sometimes feel the same way about red, and pink to some extent. But it's my favourite type of red (creme) and you said it had a great application, so look on the bright side!

I hate tip wear, especially when I've done nothing to warrant it -.-

Yeah that's true about the formula, but for me, that's a very small bright spot in comparison with the color. I mean...what's even the point of having a color with a nice formula if I never even want to wear it?
All they had to do was not make a generic tomato red creme. Even if they had made it a little dusty or obnoxiously bright, that would have set it apart. It's just blah as it is.

Tomato, that is a good description of it. I wish I liked reds more cause it does look like a nice color.

If it tickles your fancy, maybe you should get it sometime. Or something like it.
You never know...I hate yellow and brown and don't really like white, but sometimes, I find ones that I like.

You make this one look hot and classic at the same time, kudos! ... but it's definitely not unique. I couldn't hang with any of the new zoyas for the promo cause the pictures just didn't wow me.

Well, the good news is that you could probably find this color somewhere else. I know OPI has to have a version out there SOMEWHERE. lol!!
